At Matt Sweet Counselling, I provide a safe, trauma-informed space for psychotherapy where you can explore your past and reconnect with your authentic self. Many neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ clients seek my support to navigate the exhaustion of masking and the fear of being truly seen.
